Connect is proud to partner with CitiImpact Ministries and Eight Days of Hope for disaster relief efforts. We are acting as a relief supply distribution site for the Middle Tennessee area with supplies provided by CitiImpact. Additionally, we will be mobilizing boots-on-the-ground volunteers into the community through Eight Days of Hope. To volunteer for this effort, please access their online signup form here.

  • The Cities of Mount Juliet and Lebanon are saturated with a considerable number of volunteers for relief efforts and are asking all organizations to work as collaboratively as possible to manage efforts for consistency, safety, and effective use of resources.
  • For all boots-on-the-ground efforts, we are mobilizing teams through Eight Days of Hope. You must be 18 years or older, and are required to complete an online registration form/waiver at in order to serve. You will arrive on site for the day you’ve registered to serve by 7AM for team assignment and mobilization into a community project.
  • We are acting as a distribution site and are mobilizing supplies provided by CitiImpact. To assist with distribution efforts, you may come to the church between 9am-4pm M-F and 8am – 4pm Saturday. For safety volunteers must be 12 years old or older.
  • For all in-house serving opportunties, you must complete a sign-up form at and select the date you’re interested in serving. This will include clean-up teams for on-site volunteers, hospitality team, and supply sorting teams. For safety volunteers must be 12 years old or older.
